The Society adopts an open recruitment policy in the recruitment of staff. We also adopts a non-discriminatory recruitment policy on age, sex and people with a disability.

 

Applicants are assessed with reference to the job duties and job requirements. Job description for each post is developed and shortlisted candidates will be given a copy of the relevant job description before attending interview.
