Leverage Social Media to Advance Family Wellbeing and Strengthen Community Connection
Social media has become a vital channel for information dissemination and public engagement in contemporary society, while simultaneously reshaping how we connect with communities. Social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn, serve not only as channels for promoting our professional services, but as dynamic platforms for community connection and disseminating information on family wellbeing. Through instant sharing of service updates, event highlights, and media coverage, we fostered public awareness and engagement with family wellbeing issues. This approach also facilitated interaction between the Society and diverse stakeholders, enhancing mutual connectivity.
Strengthen Brand Presence through Close Communication with Media
The Society has maintained close communication with the media to enhance public understanding of our professional services and brand image. This is achieved through proactively responding to media enquiries, publicising service-related research findings, and facilitating interviews between media and service beneficiaries.
Promote Family Wellbeing through Multi-channels in “Family Month 2024”
Under the theme “Family is where Love is”, “Family Month 2024” deployed citywide outreach through newspaper and magazine features, outdoor digital billboard advertisement, local online travel platforms, social media collaborations with artists and influencers, poster displays in partner residential and commercial premises. This multi-platform approach conveyed our core message: “Regardless of how the world changes, love connects every family in various forms. Where there is love, there is a family”.
Nurture Family Bonds through Community Initiatives
The Society actively collaborated with cross-sector partners to foster mutual care among family members. We were privileged to receive sponsorship from Golden Scene Company Ltd. for a charity screening of “True Love, for Once in My Life” on 29th March, 2025, enabling service users to enjoy the film with loved ones while raising public awareness of challenges faced by women undergoing divorce or separation.
Furthermore, JESSICA Magazine selected the Society as beneficiary of its charity screening of ''Montages of a Modern Motherhood'' on 24th April, 2025, with all ticket proceeds supporting our programmes. Our social worker joined the post-screening sharing session to discuss parenting pressures of new moms, family relationships, and multi-generational dynamics.
