Communications Assistant2022-02-07

The job-holder will work at our Publicity and Liaison Unit for assisting communications and publicity work, especially in promoting the Society.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle update of the Society’s website and assist with the production of publications and promotional materials.
  • Provide administrative support especially in procurement process and stock management of promotional materials.
  • Maintain the Society’s database system, e.g. Customers Relationships Management (CRM) System.
  • Prepare statistical or other related reports.
  • Assist in exploring and executing Society’s promotional event and campaign (both online and offline).
  • Support the operation of Society’s social media platforms especially on visual and video production.

Requirements:

  • Diploma/Degree holder in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Journalism or related disciplines.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome. Experience in PR, online and offline marketing, event management or related field will be an advantage.
  • Good knowledge in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop and experience in video production and video editing.
  • High proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint.

Executive Secretary2022-01-31

Responsibilities:

  • Provide full spectrum of secretarial and administrative support to Heads of Services.
  • Manage and organise daily schedules and appointment, and co-ordinate with internal and external parties to arrange meetings, prepare agenda and minutes.
  • Assist in project proposal writing, project management, monitoring timelines, compiling reports, as well as liaising with project leaders to ensure timely submission of reports to funders.
  • Support Heads and service management, to facilitate immediate responses and handling of client complaints.
  • Manage and streamline the existing process to increase administrative efficiency.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or above in Business Administration, Secretarial Studies or other related disciplines with at least 2 years’ experience in secretarial / administrative work.
  • Good in written and spoken English and Cantonese, Mandarin an advantage.

Clinical Psychologist (Full-time / Part-time)2022-02-10

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct psychological assessments and individual / group psychological treatment to children and adolescents with special educational or mental health needs in our Foster Care Service.Support to IFSC for adult and couple assessment and treatment cases. 
  • Provide training and support for foster parents in management of behavioral and emotional problems of children.
  • Provide case consultations, support and training to social workers.
  • Deliver psycho-educational talks / workshops to children, adolescents, families and schools.

Requirements:

  • Master degree in Clinical Psychology with placement trainings in child and adolescent work.

Being the person in charge, the jobholder will take up the overall responsibility for one of our Integrated Family Service Centres.

Responsibilities:

  • Formulate strategic plan of the service and centre and contribute to the Organisation’s strategic plan.
  • Oversee and monitor the services and projects, including service performance, quality control and risk management.
  • Develop and oversee innovative service(s) / project(s) in response to the changing needs of the community.
  • Perform leading role in crisis management.

 

Requirements:

  • Registered Social Worker.
  • Degree in Social Work with 7 years’ post-graduate solid experience.
  • Substantial experience with management or supervisory role in the family service. Strong clinical experience especially in handling crisis cases and complicated cases.
