We are providing a range of home based care services and community support services to the elderly or families in need and persons with disability in the community. We are committed to support Hong Kong families to Care the elderly in the Community, particularly frail elders and aged couples, to retain their capability to stay home and prevent premature institutionalisation, so that they can enjoy ageing in a familiar community.

Responsibilities:

Reporting to Senior Manager, the job-holder will take up the overall management and operational responsibilities, covering a number of service centres in the district, service scope will be Integrated Home Care Services, Enhanced Home and Community Care Services and / or special projects.

Requirements:

  • Registered Social Worker.
  • Degree in Social Work with 5 years’ post-graduate solid experience in home based care services.
  • Management or supervisory experience in elderly service an advantage.
  • Have a strong demonstrated interest in community care and elderly service.

  • Having a strong demonstrated passion in working with families and children.

A 3-year project to enhance family harmony and happiness through mediation education to parents and their children via social media as the promotion platform and drama education as the learning medium.

  • To provides direct services including consultations, groups and programmes to families for enhancing their conflict resolution skills.
  • To assist in formulating service plan, coordinating service delivery and monitoring.
  • To assist in developing and evaluating the service effectiveness and impact.

  • To liaise and establish business network with corporates, government, NGOs, education institutes, etc.
  • To conduct training workshops and talks to employees including teachers, social workers, parents and working adults on topics such as stress management, complaint management, crisis management, parenting, personal capacity building, team building and etc.
  • To offer face-to-face, hotline and online counselling to individuals and families.
  • To plan, manage and execute employee support programmes and project.
  • Degree in Social Work, with at least 2 years’ relevant experience.
  • Aspire to be a professional trainer and counsellor and willing to work on flexible hours.
  • Strong marketing sense, networking capacity and dynamic.
  • Fluency in English and Putonghua would be an advantage.

Senior Corporate Communications Officer2022-07-04

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist Unit Head in formulating, organising and implementing communications strategies in enhancing corporate image and brand awareness.
  • Take lead in generating positive publicity through media coverage and other strategic communications initiatives.
  • Develop, build and maintain strong relationships with media, business partners, and internal and external stakeholders (e.g. journalists, key opinion leaders, etc.) to elevate the brand image.
  • Provide support to public affairs and potential crisis issue management.
  • Prepare corporate communications literature such as press releases, line-to-take, speeches, presentation materials, media reports, factsheets and other corporate messages.
  • Provide consultation to and work with service units in new funded projects or services launch, including events management and other PR initiatives.

 

Requirements:

  • Degree holder, preferably in Communications, Marketing or related discipline.
  • At least 8 years’ work experience in communications, media relations or related field.
  • Good knowledge in local media landscape and strong in media relations.
  • Proficient in spoken and written English & Chinese.

Human Resources Officer (Talent Management)2022-07-04

The job-holder will work with a project team to formulate and conduct a series of work plans in strengthening and enhancing the process of talent acquisition and development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and coordinate projects on organisation culture and employer branding initiatives, talent acquisition programs and pre-employment engagement.
  • Organize and facilitate workshops and virtual training programs.
  • Assist in the implementation of annual Staff Development Plan, including coordination, courses enrollment, evaluation, e-learning content development and reporting, etc.
  • Develop digital learning projects, edit videos for training courses, organisation initiatives and events.
  • To perform other ad hoc tasks as required.

 

Requirements:

  • Degree holder in related disciplines.

The job-holder will work with a project team to formulate and conduct a series of work plans in strengthening and enhancing the process of talent acquisition and development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform internal communications functions especially in assisting content development via digital and online platform.
  • Organise and provide logistic support to internal communication activities / events.
  • Provide administrative support to specific project teams and be responsible for the coordination of internal and external parties.
  • Develop creative ways to actively engage employees and connect them to the Organisation.
  • Assist in planning, budgeting and implementing the employee engagement activities.
  • Perform ad-hoc projects as assigned.

 

Requirements:

  • Degree holder in Human Resources Management, Corporate Communications or related discipline.
  • At least 2 years’ relevant working experience.
  • Proficient in PC applications such as Microsoft Office, preferably with knowledge in design software.
  • Good knowledge in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop and experience in video production and video editing will be an advantage.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
