  • To provide home care service (including casework, group work and programs) for the frail elderly and their care-givers in the community.
  • To assist in centre management / administrative work, including supervising frontline staff.

Registered Social Worker (Dementia Assessment and Support Project)2020-10-03
  • A territory-wide project to early identify elders with dementia symptoms; conduct dementia assessment; and enhance caregivers competence to better cope with the challenges in dementia care.
  • Service coordination; dementia assessment; care planning; organize publicity / educational / support / programs & groups; volunteer service; community networking; develop educational materials.
  • Degree in Social Work.  Certified Dementia Care Planner preferred.
  • Minimum 2 years of elderly service experience; dementia working experience an advantage.

  • Experience in working with elderly is preferred.
  • Degree in Speech and Hearing Sciences from a local university, or equivalent.

  • To design and implement personal care plans for users including assessment, treatment and review.
  • Recognised qualification in occupational therapy.
  • Certificate of Registration issued by the Occupational Therapists Board in Hong Kong.
