Integrated Family Services

We provide integrated services with a child-centred, family-focused and community-based approach. Our integrated services promote resilience among families and individuals, and facilitate effective ways to prevent and cope with difficulties and challenges.

Currently we have 6 Integrated Family Service Centres located in North Point, Yau Tong, Shun Lee, Sham Shui Po, Tseung Kwan O and Kwai Chung. With a “family-centric” perspective, we provide comprehensive and professional services to families, to help them handle various problems, develop the potential of individuals and families, enhance family resilience and strengthen family mutual help in the community to build a caring society.

Integrated Family Service Centre

With a child-centred, family-focused and community-based direction to provide one-stop integrated services to promote resilience among families and individuals, and to facilitate effective prevention and coping with difficulties and challenges.

Currently we have 6 Integrated Family Service Centres located at North Point, Yau Tong, Kwun Tong, Sham Shui Po, Tseung Kwan O and Kwai Chung serving the families in need in Hong Kong. We provide comprehensive and extensive professional services to families, to help them handle various problems, develop the potential of individuals and families, enhance family resilience and strengthen family mutual help in the community to build up a caring society.

Target Users

Individuals and families, with priority for the deprived groups, including single parents, ethnic minorities, new arrivals and low income families.

Service Delivery

  • Family Counselling Unit (FCU)
    Help individuals and families in need through intensive counselling service, family crisis management and therapeutic group work service, etc.
  • Family Support Unit (FSU)
    Provide support to families and encourage mutual help among themselves.
  • Family Resource Unit (FRU)
    Organise various activities to promote family harmony, e.g. volunteer service, interest groups, recreational and developmental programmes, family library, etc. These activities also served to identify needy families early and render timely assistance to prevent deterioration of problems.
  • Family Aide Service
    Our tailor-made training programmes can help needy individuals to enhance self care ability.
  • Family Careline 2342 3110
    Provide emotional support and peer counselling to needy people through phone contacts handled by trained volunteers.
  • Family Mental Health Service
    Aim at helping people with emotional problems to acquire alternative perspectives towards their problems and strengthening their problem solving capabilities so that they are able to cope with the stresses in their daily lives or at work.
  • Family in Crisis Support Project
    Provide financial and emotional support to the families that are suffering from crisis.
  •  "HE MEN - Hear Men" Project
    Provide diversified groups and programmes for men to deal with their life stresses; develop self-understanding and promote social interaction among participants.

Zonta White House - Family Retreat Centre

To provide a respite for families and individuals with tailor-made programmes to facilitate self-reflection, managing stress and emotions, learning new coping skills, and to enhance family and interpersonal relationship. Zonta White House was confirmed as "Grade 2 Historic Building” by Antiquities Advisory Board in September 2013.

Target Users

Families and individuals, NGOs and schools.

Service Delivery

  • Day or overnight groups or programmes on topics such as personal growth, parent-child relationship, stress management and marital enrichment.
  • Venue booking for other organisations during non-peak season and co-organise activities with organisations in the local community.
