We provide integrated services with a child-centred, family-focused and community-based approach. Our integrated services promote resilience among families and individuals, and facilitate effective ways to prevent and cope with difficulties and challenges.
Currently we have 6 Integrated Family Service Centres located in North Point, Yau Tong, Shun Lee, Sham Shui Po, Tseung Kwan O and Kwai Chung. With a “family-centric” perspective, we provide comprehensive and professional services to families, to help them handle various problems, develop the potential of individuals and families, enhance family resilience and strengthen family mutual help in the community to build a caring society.

Service Objectives
Every eligible child would enjoy one of the following services in every project year:
- Children’s Dream Help: aims at subsidizing students from underprivileged families to participate in non-academic interest classes to assist them to develop their potentials
- Individual counselling service/ therapeutic groups: to relieve emotional distress and/or behavioral difficulties of children facing family adversities by rendering child-centred play therapy counselling service or therapeutic group service
Target Users
Children’s Dream Help:
- Kindergarten or primary school students from underprivileged families
- Individual counselling service/ therapeutic groups
- Kindergarten and primary school students from underprivileged families and suffered from family adversities in the past three years, including death of family member, domestic violence, separation or divorce of parents, or other family crisis
Application Procedure
- Referrals can be made by social workers of IFSCs
