How can parents / guardians apply for the service?

Parents or guardians may contact the center by telephone, email, or in person to schedule an appointment and register for the service. They are required to complete the application form and submit the necessary documents. The service will only be provided upon approval by a social worker. Schools, hospitals, or other social service organisations may refer families in need. Interested applicants may call 2177 0077 to obtain further information regarding the application procedure.
