Who are the target users for the After School Care Programme for pre-primary children? What is the age range for users?

The programme serves children aged three to under six years old, or children currently attending Nursery (K1), Lower (K2), or Upper (K3) classes in kindergartens or kindergartens-cum-child care centres.
