Who are the target users for the Neighbourhood Support Child Care Project?

The service target of NSCCP is primarily for newborn to pre-primary school children whose parents are

(a) either working long, unstable or unconventional hours, having emergency child care needs, or facing situations beyond their control so that ad-hoc child care service is required;

(b) lacking in personal support network for child care assistance; and

(c) having financial or social hardship in securing care by their own means. It also serves primary school children with ad-hoc or emergency care needs.
