Clerk I (Head Office)
Responsibilities:
- Perform general clerical duties including data entry, document filing, and handling correspondence
- Assist in managing office operations to ensure smooth day-to-day functioning
- Oversee inventory control and assist with centralized procurement of office supplies and services (e.g., stationery, cleaning)
- Handle receptionist duties such as greeting visitors and managing telephone inquiries
- Assist in handling tenancy-related matters and liaise with relevant stakeholders
- Provide support for ad hoc assignments and administrative projects as required
- Working Location: Wanchai
Requirements:
- Form 5 and 5 passes in HKCEE, including English (Syllabus B) and Chinese Language and Mathematics (2012 or before) OR Form 6 and attaining 5 subjects at Level 2 or above in HKDSE (2012 or after) or equivalent
- Proficiency in MS Office applications and Chinese Word Processing
- Good communication and interpersonal skills with positive and helpful attitude
- Early availability is desirable
