Clerk I (Head Office)

Responsibilities:

  • Perform general clerical duties including data entry, document filing, and handling correspondence
  • Assist in managing office operations to ensure smooth day-to-day functioning
  • Oversee inventory control and assist with centralized procurement of office supplies and services (e.g., stationery, cleaning)
  • Handle receptionist duties such as greeting visitors and managing telephone inquiries
  • Assist in handling tenancy-related matters and liaise with relevant stakeholders
  • Provide support for ad hoc assignments and administrative projects as required
  • Working Location: Wanchai 


Requirements:

  • Form 5 and 5 passes in HKCEE, including English (Syllabus B) and Chinese Language and Mathematics (2012 or before) OR Form 6 and attaining 5 subjects at Level 2 or above in HKDSE (2012 or after) or equivalent
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications and Chinese Word Processing
  •  Good communication and interpersonal skills with positive and helpful attitude
  • Early availability is desirable
