Head of Service
Responsibilities:
- Report directly to the Chief Executive as a key member of the senior leadership team.
- Provide strategic leadership for the planning, development, and management of Elderly Services as main focus.
- Formulate and execute the strategic plan for elderly and related services in alignment with the organisation's overall mission and vision.
- Oversee the operational excellence of all elderly service units and projects.
- Identify emerging trends, needs, and opportunities to drive innovation and service development.
- Provide inspirational leadership to a multidisciplinary team of service managers and frontline staff.
- Perform a high level supportive/coordinating role in crisis management
- Foster a collaborative, supportive, and high-performance culture across the service units
Requirements:
- Registered Social Worker.
- Degree in Social Work with 10 years or above of post-qualification experience including a minimum of 5 years in a managerial role.
- Proven track record in strategic planning, service development, and quality management.
- Mature, adaptable, resourceful team player with strong leadership qualities
- Positive attitude and excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
