Senior Officer / Officer (Governance, Risk and Compliance)

Responsibilities:

  •  To conduct internal service audits to service units to ensure compliance and meet requirements of service quality and corporate governance.
  • To implement the Society's risk management mechanism, including preparation and monitoring of risk register, analyzing incidents and complaints and formulating improvement measures.
  • To assist in handling the Society’s governance, legal and compliance matters and to support committee work.
  • To assist in providing training on SQSs.
  • To prepare reports for fulfillment of SQS/output/outcome requirements and to monitor the reporting on service quality and output.
  • To handle complaints and prepare related documentation.
  • To assist in the formulation and revision of policies and procedures in service and corporate level.
  • To assist in formulating the execution plan of the Society’s risk management mechanism and compliance measures.
  • To perform other duties as required by the supervisor.

Requirements:

  • Degree in any disciplines, qualifications or experience in social work / social service / audit / governance / legal /public administration an advantage.
  • Minimum 6 years of working experience in service audit / social service / risk management or compliance. Candidate with less experience will be considered as Officer.
  • Good interpersonal skills.
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese.
  • Be able to work independently
