「護老拍住上」護老者支援計劃

家福會「護老拍住上」護老者支援計劃 (Chinese Version Only)

近年護老者除了要應付日常的照顧工作，更需面對來自疫情和其他原因帶來的轉變和沉重壓力。

護老者默默照顧長者，他們的付出確實值得外界肯定。為避免護老者在照顧的路上孤軍作戰，家福會相信若社會不同的持份者能加以支援，定能令眾多護老者的日常照顧工作更加輕鬆。

為喚起社會對家庭護老者福祉的關注，家福會的長者服務推出「護老拍住上」支援計劃，由2022年成立自今推出一系列護老者支援服務，以「為護老者集氣！1+1>2」為主題，呼籲每一個支持護老者的我們，攜手建立一個護老者友善的社會，發揮一加一大於二的影響力。

近日計劃更推行「護老者約章」，旨在肯定護老者的貢獻及宣揚護老者應有的權利，並藉此推動社會各界關注及支持護老者。立即支持「護老者約章」﹑留言為護老者打氣：https://www.hkfws.org.hk/carer-support/carers-charter

公佈香港家庭幸福指數2026調查結果 (Chinese Version Only)

家福會今日發佈了「香港家庭幸福指數」2026，家庭幸福指數止跌回升，錄得6.09分屬「一般」水平，與2024年相若。今年是第四年發佈調查結果，家福會希望透過定期評估香港家庭的幸福水平，為政府及各持份者在促進家庭幸福方面提供重要的參考。

Family Month 2026 Theme: “Family Belonging — From Misalignment to Shared Resonance.”

Every year in May, we celebrate “Family Month”, aimed to raise public’s awareness and appreciation of family wellbeing and value.  This year, the theme will be “Family Belonging — From Misalignment to Shared Resonance.” It symbolises a family living under the same roof, where each member has their own communication rhythm. Sometimes, during conversations, expectations may not match due to the inability to truly understand one another, which weakens emotional connections and can lead to feelings of loneliness—slowly causing the family to lose its proper function.

感謝香港賽馬會慈善信託基金策劃及捐助，在本會6間綜合家庭服務中心推行「賽馬會智家樂計劃」，透過融合創新的資訊科技元素提升家庭服務效能，以促進家庭和諧。本會製作了一系列線上教育宣傳短片，以輕鬆生動形式，喚醒大眾對正向家庭溝通、親職教養及保護兒童健康成長的關注，提供一些反思空間及實踐小練習，為家庭加添愛和力量。
